Keys for Hall access can be collected 15 minutes before the period of occupancy and must be returned asap and certainly within 30 minutes of hire duration.

Any hire charge remains payable in the event of a cancelled booking within 7 days of the hire or at the discretion of the Hall Management Committee.

Deposits for bookings may be required at the discretion of the Hall Management Committee.
