Keys for Hall access can be collected 15 minutes before the period of occupancy and must be returned asap and certainly within 30 minutes of hire duration.
Any hire charge remains payable in the event of a cancelled booking within 7 days of the hire or at the discretion of the Hall Management Committee.

Booking groups explained
Selecting a booking group helps the system find appropriate time slots for this booking and estimate the price. Don't worry if you select the wrong group - your booking request will be reviewed and corrected by a member of staff if necessary.
